- Kakao Login: Essential items: unique identifier (id), nickname
- Apple Login: Essential items: unique identifier (sub), full name
3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
User personal information is in principle retained and used during the period of maintaining the service use membership.
When a user requests account deletion or account withdrawal, the collected personal information is destroyed without delay.
4. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information
Destruction Procedure: When a user requests destruction of personal information through member withdrawal, etc., personal information for which the purpose has been achieved is immediately subject to destruction.
Destruction Method: Personal information stored in electronic file form is permanently destroyed within the database using technical methods that cannot be restored.
5. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
Users can view or modify their registered personal information at any time, and can withdraw consent to personal information collection and use (member withdrawal) through the withdrawal function provided within the app.
6. Measures to Ensure Security of Personal Information
When handling user personal information, this app implements the following technical and administrative measures to ensure safety and prevent loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage:
Backend Security and Encryption: HTTPS security protocol is used when transmitting authentication information. API keys and personal information access rights are safely managed through environment variables in the database and server environment (AWS).
